Conway Corp Plant Operator Apprentice Chase Weatherley earned his Class II Wastewater Treatment License from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.
Weatherley, who works at the Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant, previously earned his Class I license in wastewater treatment last year.
The Class II license is awarded to individuals who fulfill specific training and experience criteria. These include holding a Class I license, completing 80 hours of approved training, gaining two years of relevant experience, passing a comprehensive exam and demonstrating strong performance in the role of a Class I operator.
“Chase has shown great initiative and an exceptional ability to learn by meeting yet another goal,” Conway Corp Wastewater Plant Superintendent Kody Miller said. “This is a great step in his career in wastewater treatment, and I look forward to seeing him grow toward the next.”
Weatherley began his career with Conway Corp in November 2022.
