Help us congratulate Conway Corp Account Executive Darrell Yates on earning his Key Accounts Certification from the American Public Power Association.
To earn this certification, individuals must complete a comprehensive curriculum of core key accounts training courses, which can be taken online or in person. These courses include:
- Implementing a Customer-Focused Key Accounts Program
- Developing Your Key Accounts Representative
- The Effective Key Accounts Toolbox
Participants must also pass the final exam and apply the knowledge learned by developing a customer action plan to demonstrate how their utility plans to address the needs of selected account.
“We are pleased that Darrell has successfully achieved certification in the APPA key account program,” Conway Corp Business Solutions Manager Eleise Myers said. “This accomplishment not only highlights his dedication and expertise but also reinforces our commitment to providing exceptional service to our business customers.”
Darrell started his career at Conway Corp in March 2002.
