Conway Corp recently honored Customer Service Specialist Tressie Mazen with the company’s annual Customer Service Award.
The Customer Service Award recognizes an employee who is dedicated to improving customer satisfaction and consistently strives to exceed customer expectations internally and externally.
Tressie was nominated by her fellow co-workers for not only wanting to help customers, but for her commitment to going over and above.
“There is no stone she will not turn over for the answer, and she is always cheery and warm while doing it,” her nomination read. “She welcomes everyone to her desk like an old friend, and I’m sure many people walk away feeling like they’ve got a new friend here at Conway Corp.”
Another nomination echoed the same sentiments.
“Her positivity and resourcefulness inspire us every day to go that extra step for our customers,” it read. “Recently, Tressie spent well over an hour with a customer at her desk, trying to help him get his email straightened out on his iPad. The customer’s email had been used to send spam messages, so she helped put a stop to that. She also patiently worked with the gentleman to get everything set up on his iPad, change the password to his email, and get him going on his phone again.”
“Tressie has a natural ability to put people at ease,” Conway Corp Customer Service Manager Jaylene Sexton said. “She does everything in her power to make sure that customers have all the information and services they need when they come in or call. We are proud to have Tressie and her expertise on the customer service team.”
Though she does this daily, she said she was still surprised and honored she won the award.
“It is an honor to be counted amongst many outstanding customer service reps that came before me receiving this award,” Tressie said. “I will strive to continue to service our customers with excellence in the future.”
She joined the company in October 2021.
