Conway Corp Chief Marketing Officer Crystal Kemp was named one of Arkansas Money & Politics’ 2025 Power Women, a recognition honoring influential women across the state whose leadership and impact are shaping Arkansas’s business and community landscape.
In her role, Crystal provides strategic leadership in marketing, customer service and business solutions. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to mentorship, community engagement and advancing leadership opportunities within the utility industry.
“Seek mentors, stay curious and remember that you don’t have to have every answer to show up with confidence and contribute in a powerful way,” Crystal said. “So many women before us helped open doors, and it’s important that we continue doing the same for others.”
In the Arkansas Money & Politics feature, she also highlighted the importance of relationships and service-oriented leadership, crediting early encouragement from her grandfather as a lasting influence on how she connects with customers, colleagues and the community.
The Arkansas Money & Politics Power Women list recognizes women making meaningful contributions across industries throughout Arkansas, and Crystal’s inclusion reflects her lasting impact at Conway Corp and beyond.
She joined Conway Corp in 2000 as marketing and communications coordinator. She was promoted to marketing and public relations manager in 2010. She was named chief marketing officer in 2018.
Congratulations, Crystal!
