Help us congratulate Alex Barlow on being promoted to Telecom Construction Technician 2 within the cable telecommunications department!
He achieved this milestone after successfully completing the Broadband Fiber Installer certification through the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
In his new role, Alex will be responsible for on-call duties and gaining hands-on experience working with Passive Optical Network (PON) systems, a critical component of Conway Corp’s expanding telecommunications infrastructure.
“Alex has been a valuable addition to the construction crew,” Conway Corp Telecom Construction Senior Foreman Ben Lawrence said. “We look forward to seeing him progress in his career and continue to grow his skills.”
Alex joined Conway Corp as a Telecom Construction Technician Trainee in January 2024 and was promoted to Telecom Construction Technician 1 in January 2025.
