Help us congratulate Wayne Evans on his promotion to AMI field operations supervisor in the Conway Corp engineering and planning department!
In his new role, he will oversee the overall health and performance of the AMI mesh network while facilitating critical data processes to ensure system reliability. He will assist in coordinating multiple facets of the AMI network, including immediate and long-range planning to support operational efficiency and strategic goals.
“With almost 29 years of experience, Wayne has proven himself to be a hardworking and dependable leader who truly leads by example,” Conway Corp Operations System Coordinator Brad Curtis said. “He has readily accepted additional responsibilities, never shies away from a challenge, and consistently acts in the best interest of the team, Conway Corp and the residents of Conway. Wayne brings me confidence that the AMI Team is in good hands.”
Wayne joined Conway Corp in 1997 as a meter reader. He was promoted to serviceman in 2006 and to lead serviceman in 2013. In 2020, he moved into the role of field technician 2 before being promoted to AMI field operations supervisor in 2026.
