Conway Corp Cable Telecommunication Systems Manager Tommy Nolen said James continually works hard to exceed customer expectations.

James was hired in April 2011 as an installer trainee in the cable department and promoted to CTV installer in 2012. He was more recently promoted to telecom trouble technician 2 in 2021.
