This month, Conway Corp would like to recognize CATV/Electric Systems Designer Mike Clements who is celebrating 25 years of service to the company and the community.
Mike was hired in June 1994 as a utility worker apprentice in the water department. He was promoted to utility worker after completing the apprentice program in 1997 then transferred to the cable department in 1999 to become an installer. He was promoted again in 2004 to Senior System Technician before transferring in 2014 to his current role in the engineering department.
