Conway Corp Headend Engineer Clint Cook graduated as one of 57 participants in the Conway Area Leadership Institute (CALI) Leadership Cohort Class of 2025, a ten-month program designed to develop informed, engaged leaders committed to strengthening the Conway area.
The Conway Area Leadership Institute, a program of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce, provides participants with in-depth exposure to the community through monthly sessions focused on education, workforce development, economic development, healthcare, public safety, local government and quality-of-life planning. The curriculum is guided by Conway2035, the city’s long-range strategic plan, and emphasizes collaboration and civic engagement.
At Conway Corp, Clint serves as a headend engineer, supporting critical infrastructure within the company’s data center operations.
“If I had to use one word to sum up Clint, it would probably be passionate,” Conway Corp Headend Operations Manager Randy Lukas said. “He takes a lot of pride in his work here at Conway Corp and is very detail-oriented. Clint is always looking for better ways to do things in the data center, and we are proud of his hard work in addition to doing his job well.”
CALI brings together professionals from a wide range of industries to build leadership skills, broaden perspectives and foster meaningful connections across the community.
Clint joined Conway Corp in 2001 as an installer trainee. He was promoted to installer technician in 2004, passed the system technician training course in 2008 and was promoted to headend technician later that year. Cook was promoted to senior headend technician in 2015 and moved into his current role in 2016.
Congratulations, Clint!
