Conway Corp recently announced that Alli Whitener was promoted to Data Analyst in the Information Technology Department.
In her new role, Alli will support Conway Corp’s data and technology initiatives by collecting, analyzing and interpreting information to help departments make informed decisions. She will work across the organization to identify trends, develop reporting solutions and help transform data into meaningful insights that support Conway Corp’s operations and customers.
“Alli will be an essential asset with her transition into the Data Analyst role in technology with her experience in Engineering & Planning and her master’s degree,” Conway Corp Data Management Lead Tyler Allgood said. “She brings a fantastic set of skills, knowledge, and understanding of Conway Corp and its departments. I’m excited to work with her and to see the impact she will have on our employees and our customers.”
Alli previously worked in Conway Corp’s Engineering & Planning Department, where she gained experience managing project information and supporting data needs. In May 2025, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Central Arkansas and earned her Master’s Degree in Applied Data Analytics earlier this month, further developing the skills and expertise she brings to her new role.
She began her Conway Corp career as a part-time employee in February 2022. She was promoted to a full-time position in June 2022 as an engineering project coordinator and data specialist.
