Conway Corp recently announced Brent Brown was promoted to Residential Services Superintendent in the Telecommunication Systems Department.
In his new role, Brent will oversee the day-to-day operations of Conway Corp’s residential telecommunications services, bringing the company’s Install and Trouble teams under one leadership structure. He will be responsible for coordinating the teams that install, maintain and troubleshoot telecommunications services for residential customers while working to improve efficiencies in ticketing, truck routing and overall service delivery.
“Brent brings more than 20 years of telecommunications experience and a strong understanding of both our operations and the needs of our customers,” Conway Corp Cable Telecommunications Systems Manager Tommy Nolen said. “Bringing our install and trouble teams together under his leadership will help us operate more efficiently while continuing to provide the level of service our customers expect. I’m confident Brent will lead these teams well as we continue looking for ways to improve how we serve our community.”
Brent has been a valued member of the Conway Corp team for more than 22 years, gaining extensive technical and leadership experience throughout his career. His promotion and the new residential services structure are part of a strategic effort to strengthen coordination between residential installation and troubleshooting operations and create greater efficiencies in serving customers.
He began his Conway Corp career as an installer trainee in March 2004. He completed training to become an installer in June 2005, installer technician in February 2007, service technician in October 2008 and system technician in December 2009. He became a senior service technician in September 2010 and senior system technician in October 2017. Brent was promoted to CATV trouble foreman in March 2020, became telecom trouble foreman in October 2021 and was promoted to telecom trouble senior foreman in October 2023.
