Help us congratulate Jennifer Brannon on her promotion to Lead Customer Service Specialist!
In this new role, she will continue to provide excellent customer service while supervising the customer service specialists in the lobby.
Brannon won Conway Corp’s prestigious Customer Service Award last year, which recognizes an employee who is dedicated to improving customer satisfaction and consistently strives to exceed customer expectations internally and externally.
“Jennifer has been a valued Conway Corp customer service team member since 2021,” Conway Corp Customer Service Manager Jaylene Sexton said. “Her diverse skills in customer service, organization and problem-solving have contributed greatly to our team’s success. Her extensive supervisory experience before joining the Conway Corp team adds value to her role leading our customer service lobby team.”
Brannon joined the company in April 2021 as a customer service specialist.
