Conway Corporation has promoted Cable Department employee Jason Schaal from Fiber Technician to Senior Maintenance Technician.
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, Schaal will supervise cable maintenance technicians working in the field who are responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing cable television and Internet services for Conway residents.
“Jason has a tremendous work ethic and exceptional leadership skills,” Cable Telecommunications System Manager Jody Smith said. “He has 13 years of cable experience, and we are fortunate to have someone like him move into this position and take on a role of greater responsibility for the company and our customers.”
Schaal started at Conway Corp in 2008 as a Cable TV System Technician and was promoted to maintenance in 2013.
