Help us congratulate Takenya Flack on her promotion to Senior Customer Accounts Manager in the customer service department!
In this new role, she will continue to provide excellent customer service while supervising the customer accounts managers.
“Takenya possesses deep knowledge on our products, services and procedures and has been a valued Conway Corp customer service team member since 2007,” Conway Corp Customer Service Manager Jaylene Sexton said. “She is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. Her exceptional communication skills have allowed her to thrive in the Customer Accounts Manager role. Takenya joined the company as a customer care specialist in January 2007. She was later promoted to customer accounts manager in October 2011.
