Conway Corp was recently recognized for excellence in customer service at the 2024 National Content & Technology Cooperative Independent Show in Nashville.
The Corporate Award for Customer Service Excellence was awarded to Conway Corp by the Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association for the “commitment to outstanding customer care but also reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire team.” The award was presented by Pam Gillies, MACTA Director / NCTC Marketing and Communications Vice President.
“Our customer service teams take our mission to exceed customer expectations seriously and this award demonstrates how we are leading the way for others in the industry,” Conway Corp Chief Marketing Officer Crystal Kemp said. “I am extremely proud of our teams and of the work they do to serve our customers with excellence.”
Conway Corp CEO Bret Carroll agreed.

The Mid-America Cable Telecommunications Association is an industry association formed in 1958 to help telecommunication providers promote technical excellence, superior customer service, exemplary marketing and student scholarship. It includes cable telecommunications system operators in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas and Texas.
