How do parental controls work?

ConwayCorp Managed WiFi allows you to set up parental controls on a person, an individual device or even a whole location.

How many SuperPods do I need for my home?

Two SuperPods are perfect for single-story, three-bedroom homes. Larger homes may need additional SuperPods to cover additional bedrooms and stories while smaller homes and apartments might only need one SuperPod. Our certified technicians will survey your home during installation and make the appropriate recommendation.

What is Plume?

Plume is our technology partner in bringing Conway Corp WiFi to our customers. We chose them because their cutting-edge software and hardware provide a home WiFi experience that is miles ahead of anything else available today.

What’s included in my Managed WiFi subscription?

Your subscription includes up to two Superpods and access to parental controls, online protection, advanced smart home protection, ad blocking and WiFi management tools via the Plume app.

Looking for channels that are included not on ConwayCorpTV?

If there are channels you can’t find on ConwayCorpTV, you may be able to find that programming available through streaming from the individual network’s website or app. Some of the programming available for free or for purchase online through Hulu, Amazon Instant Video, Amazon Prime or iTunes after the program has aired.

Can I customize my channel lineup so it only lists the channels I want to watch?

Yes! From the Guide you can view just your Favorite Channels or Only the Channels you Subscribe to. (This feature may not be available on all devices.)

Do my favorite channels carry over to each device?

Favorite channels are device-specific. Settings will stay with the device where they are set.

Why can’t I start my show from the beginning?

Only select programs or channels offer the Restart option. If you don’t see the option to restart the live show, that means this particular program or channel is not available for Restart viewing.

Can I watch and record at the same time?

Yes! You can watch and record from any device, including a set-top box or any media player or mobile device.
