CATV Maintenance/Trouble Superintendent Bob Fason is retiring this month after dedicating more than 30 years of service to Conway Corp and the community.
Bob was hired in the cable department in 1989 as a technician and was promoted to foreman in October 2002. He was promoted to superintendent in January 2017 and has spent his career at Conway Corp helping provide high-quality video services to customers.
“Bob has been a devoted and conscientious employee and was a trailblazer in the infancy of Conway Corp’s internet deployment and ongoing maintenance for our customers,” Cable Telecommunication System Manager Jody Smith said. “His work ethic, tenacity and team leadership have ensured our telecommunications system is well maintained for our customers.”
