We’ve come a long way since we began operating Conway’s electric light plant in 1929, and we owe much of our success to our employees – the men and women who proudly serve this community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This month, Conway Corp would like to recognize Senior Plant Maintenance Worker Rickey Frazier who is celebrating 35 years of service to the company and the community.
Rickey was hired in September 1985 as a wastewater plant operator. In October 2018, he was promoted to Senior Plant Maintenance Worker.
Rickey helps operate and maintain mechanical equipment at the wastewater plant while ensuring the plant is working safely and within state and national guidelines to provide Conway residents with a nationally-recognized wastewater system.
