This month, Conway Corp would like to recognize Water Systems Foreman Howard Hamlett who is celebrating 25 years of service to the company and the community.
Howard was hired in 1994 as a utility worker apprentice in the water department. In December 1997, he was promoted to utility worker and was promoted again in 2005 to his current position. As a water systems foreman, Howard oversees and coordinates the activities of utility workers engaged in cleaning, repairing and installing water system pipes, manholes, hydrants, valves and other water system equipment.
