Help us congratulate Kyle Troxler on his promotion to Apprentice Lineman 4 in the electric department!
Kyle is enrolled in a four-year apprentice program to become a journeyman lineman through the Missouri Public Utility Alliance. The program requires classroom, correspondence and hands-on training with monthly and annual exams on electric curriculum. He must attend hands-on immersion skills training workshops including pole climbing, pole top rescue and bucket truck training at the National Utility Industry Training Fund facilities in Kansas City.
Electric Distribution System Senior Foreman Mark Rowlett described Kyle as hardworking and bright.
“Achieving this new level is a big step in his process,” Mark said. “We’re proud of all his hard work and accomplishments.”
Kyle began his career at Conway Corp in April 2018.
