We’ve come a long way since we began operating Conway’s electric light plant in 1929, and we owe much of our success to our employees – the men and women who proudly serve this community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This month, Conway Corp would like to recognize Tracy Moore who is celebrating 30 years of service to the company and the community. Tracy was hired in July 1987 as the Data Processing Manager and was promoted to Accounting Services Manager in October 1996. In February 2012, he became the company’s Accounting Compliance and Risk Management Manager.
In June 2017, Tracy was promoted to his current position as Conway Corp’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Tracy is responsible for directing the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions and the financial community. He also provides leadership and direction for the company’s safety programs, ad sales, marketing, in-house production activities and customer care departments.
In addition to Tracy, seven other employees are celebrating milestone anniversaries of 25 years of service or more with Conway Corp.
