Lee earned an Outstanding Achievement Award for water systems serving populations greater than 5,001!
The award recognizes outstanding leadership, dedication and contributions to Arkansas’ water industry. Lee was honored during the Arkansas Water Conference, the state’s premier educational and professional event for water and wastewater professionals.
The Arkansas Water Conference, hosted annually by AWW&WEA, brings together water and wastewater professionals from across the state for continuing education, leadership development and recognition of excellence in the industry.
“Lee’s leadership, knowledge and commitment to excellence have had a lasting impact on both Conway Corp and the water industry in Arkansas,” Conway Corp Chief Executive Officer Bret Carroll said. “This recognition is well deserved and reflects the dedication he and our entire water systems team demonstrate every day to provide our community with safe, reliable and high-quality drinking water.”
Lee’s recognition reflects his commitment to operational excellence, innovation and providing exceptional service to Conway Corp customers. Under his leadership, the Water Department remains focused on delivering safe, reliable drinking water while investing in the infrastructure and expertise needed to serve the community for years to come.
He began his Conway Corp career as a water systems engineer in August 2010. He advanced to assistant manager of water systems in December 2016 and was promoted to water systems manager in April 2017.
