Help us congratulate Senior Lake Operator Keith Turner who has transferred to the Brewer Lake property!
In this role, he is responsible for maintaining the 28,900-acre lake line, which is Conway’s main water source. He ensures the lake’s cleanliness, while also overseeing the operation of the pump house and carbon feed systems. He will also perform general property maintenance.
“Keith has poured his heart into making sure his new job duties are carried out to the highest degree,” Conway Corp Water Plant Superintendent Daniel Lawrence said. “He’s proven to be an excellent fit for the responsibilities at and around Brewer Lake. Conway Corp can be assured that the most scrupulous attention is being paid to so important a task. The vital link to our city’s water supply is in good hands.”
“Keith is a great employee,” Conway Corp Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said. “I look forward to watching him grow in this position as he ensures that the plant treats and produces the best effluent water.”
He replaces Bruce Bradford, who retired last month after dedicating more than 37 years of service to Conway Corp and the Conway community.
Keith started his career at Conway Corp in April 2005 as a utility worker apprentice before being promoted to utility worker in April 2008. He was promoted to senior utility worker in January 2021. He was promoted to water systems foreman in June 2022 and to his current role in June 2024.
Congratulations, Keith!
