Conway Corp is proud to celebrate Women’s History Month by highlighting the talented and hardworking women who help power our community.
Today, we shine a spotlight on Power Supply Analyst 2 Natalie Arnold, whose dedication and expertise play a vital role in ensuring reliable electricity for Conway.
Natalie’s journey at Conway Corp began in the engineering department in 2018, where she gained firsthand experience across all utility sectors, including electric, water, wastewater and telecom services. This exposure sparked her interest in power supply, ultimately leading her to pursue a career in the field. She was promoted to power supply analyst 1 in 2022 and promoted to her current role in January 2023.
Natalie believes that recognizing Women’s History Month in industries like utilities is essential because women are not only key consumers of these services but have also made significant contributions to the field. By celebrating their impact, we acknowledge their role in shaping the industry and encourage future generations to explore careers in utilities.
When asked about the women who have inspired her, Natalie credits her mom and Nona for shaping her work ethic and passion for learning. Her Nona, a retired schoolteacher and high school administrator, instilled in her a lifelong commitment to education and growth. Meanwhile, her mother’s success as an entrepreneur taught her the value of creativity, perseverance and following her passions.
Natalie’s story is a testament to the power of learning, hard work and inspiration. We are grateful for her contributions to Conway Corp and proud to celebrate her achievements during Women’s History Month.
